Enjoy catching big Mirrors and Commons in a setting tailored to suit the needs of the Carp Angler. There is plenty of cover around the swims, together with stalking areas, creating a wild but well managed environment in which to enjoy your carp angling.

Wildmoor Waters Carp Fishery consists of two lakes, and offers a number of exclusive membership tickets plus a range of multiple night sessions for non members.

The Main Lake

At about 4 ½ acres, The Main Lake has many well-spaced swims, stocked with in excess of 200 specimen carp and offers a selection of big mirrors and commons.

Wildmoor Waters fish stocks have been recorded as putting on huge weights in a season with average growth being about 5 lb – 6 lb. Wildmoor Waters are committed to producing the first  40 lb carp this year.

Many of  the fish have been invisibly chipped, and on capture can be scanned to obtain information specific to each individual fish, such as weight and date of last capture and original stocking date and size.

The Top Lake

At about ¾ acre, holds a massive head of Carp ranging from ½: lbs up to 30 lbs. There are lots of Bream, Tench and Roach with quality Perch and ensures this lake is ideal for the pleasure angler who wants to bag up and enjoy fishing in beautiful, private surroundings.

Day Tickets and Bookable Sessions

Day tickets are available for a maximum of 5 anglers to fish per day. The Top Lake can be booked exclusively by a group of friends or a club for a maximum of 10 anglers by arrangement. There are fishing platforms around the Top Lake, two of which are designed with the disabled angler in mind.

Wildmoor Waters offer a non-members ticket. Non-members can book Wildmoor Waters for up to 4 anglers to fish, giving you a choice of nights on the bank.

Parties of up to 4 anglers can book either lake for a weekday or a weekend session and enjoy the solitude that this peaceful venue offers.
