Marlborough. There are also attractions that have an educational element, these include the Oxford University Botanic Gardens, Slimbridge Wildfowl
& Wetlands Centre & the many museums dedicated to the history of the Cotswolds. Whatever you decide to do you will be rewarded

there are endless things to do in the Cotswolds, from walking long distance trails & biking down quite country lanes,
here you can enjoy boat trips on quite canals & rivers, fishing, sailing or
swimming at the Cotswold Water Park, the largest inland water park in Britain & when the daylight fades you can enjoy the latest films, you can dance the night away ,
visit one of the theatres or just relax in a quiet country pub.

Wherever you stay or live in the Cotswolds, you are never very far from a country show or fete, music festival or
concert, antiques fair or street market & many of the attractions have different things happening throughout the season.
All year round the Cotswolds hosts a wide variety of events & many are listed in the "What's On" section, so its well worth
having a look to see whats going on.
Tours
Follow one of our suggested self-drive tours around the Cotswolds. You will see pretty villages & small towns, have the chance to visit
some of the attractions & stop at a country pub or two for the delightful taste of the Cotswolds.
Each tour is between 30 miles & 75 miles
but remember, these are only idea's & you can change whatever you wish, take as long as you want & stop when & where you want. If, on the other
hand you want to take a leisurely tour around the Cotswolds but you cannot drive, then use one of the many companies that specialise in
individual tours.
