The art collection is growing and; covers works from 1500 years to modern pieces.
The exhibits are displayed throughout Wallsworth Hall with each of the rooms displaying sculptures and paintings, the displays
flow into the gardens of the hall where sculptures are displayed on the lawns or in the borders.
Pictures, sculptures and objects created with oils, watercolours, acrylics, ceramics, glass, wood, photography,
infact most types of materials.
The Nature in Art Trust was established in 1982 originally called the Society
for Wildlife Art of the Nations who decided to set up a museum dedicated
exclusively to art inspired by nature.
Nature in Art organises programmes of temporary exhibitions
throughout the year & these complement the permanent displays,
although these are changed on a regular basis. Visitors can often see visiting artists working on new pieces in the studios attached to the museum.
Facilities include a licensed coffee shop serving hot or cold meals, snacks, cream teas etc in a setting overlooking the gardens.
There is a well-stocked shop to with a wide range of gifts, books, limited edition prints, art materials & much more.
The facilities are suitable for visitors with disabilities with car parking near the entrance. Toilet are suitable for disabled people. Wheelchair bookable subject to
availability.
