Welcome to Falcon House
Falcon House is a spacious, architect-designed, four-bedroom property comfortably sleeping eight adults in rooms furnished to a very high standard and equipped with everything you need during your stay.
The open plan ground floor is stunning with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Clear Lake. With stone floors, under-floor heating and a contemporary gas fire this is a modern but cosy living space.
After an active day exploring the Cotswolds or the Cotswold Water Park, you can come home and relax on one of the cream
leather sofas, watch a movie or listen to a CD. The lounge comes fully equipped with a flatscreen satellite TV, VCR, DVD
player and CD player, as well as a selection of films, books and CDs.If you prefer peace and quiet, stretch out in the Summer Room area and read a book, or challenge your friends to a board
game.
The modern kitchen comes complete with every possible piece of equipment. If you like to unwind by testing your cooking
skills, you can do it in style. Chef’s life is made easy with granite worktops, lots of cupboard space, an American-style
fridge freezer, five gas burner stove, fan oven and microwave and even a selection of cookery books for inspiration.
A dishwasher takes care of the washing up, and there is a washer/dryer for your laundry.
The spacious dining room area gives you plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing meal with friends. The dining table extends
to seat 8-10 people comfortably. The room overlooks the Lake and the floor to ceiling windows can be opened during the
summer to make the most of the breeze.
The outside Terrace is the perfect spot for a leisurely breakfast or a barbecue, or just to sit back with a cold drink
and watch the bird life on the Lake. A table and eight chairs are provided, along with a gas-fired barbecue and two
reclining chairs.
The five bedrooms are all spacious and are fitted out with everything to help you have a relaxing nights sleep. Four of
the rooms have en suite bathrooms.
