Cogges Manor Farm Museum Description

Cogges Manor Farm Museum is a working museum depicting Oxfordshire rural life in Victorian times set in an historic manor farmhouse with buildings of Cotswold stone.

Cogges Manor Farm is an award winning museum that discovers what life was like for the Victorians living in West Oxfordshire. Visitors step back in time to visit a working period farm where traditional breeds of farm animals including cows, sheep, pigs and chickens live or roam around the farmyard.

Victorian maids bring the Museum to life and visitors can watch while they go about their daily work, including baking on the working kitchen range, washing, cleaning, hand-milking and butter-making.
