The Manor features beautiful, individual bedrooms, some with private terraces, and lounges with fine
antiques, tapestries and furnishings. A manor has stood on this spot since the time of the Domesday Book.
The present Tudor- Jacobean house, in honey-coloured stone with slate roofs, has 54 acres of grounds.
In the 1930s, it hosted such illustrious guests as T. S. Eliot, who wrote an ode to Charingworth.
Its old-world charm has been preserved during modernisation and each spacious room is furnished with
antiques and English fabrics. Guests can also wander through the extensive gardens around the property
enjoying the fine views of the Cotswold Hills. The manor has a civil wedding license for numbers up to
60.
